EDSSC 2007 Call for Paper

IEEE International Conference on Electron Devices and Solid-State Circuits 2007 (EDSSC2007) will be held in Tainan, Taiwan from December 20, 2007 (Thursday) to December 22, 2007 (Saturday). We invite research scientists and engineers around the world to submit their recent results and to participate in the conference. The Conference is co-sponsored by IEEE Electron Devices Society, IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society, and Southern Taiwan University. The three-day program comprises broad areas in electron devices, materials and solid-state circuits. Topics of interest include, but not limited to:

Thin Gate Dielectrics
Analog Circuits
Photonic Devices and Sollar Cell
Photonic Integrated Circuits
RF & Microwave Devices

IC Manufacturing and Packaging
Biomedical Circuits and System
Flexible Electronics

Authors are requested to submit full papers in camera-ready form to the EDSSC 2007 via "Submit Paper " column of the website. Detail of submission will be given in the conference website in the beginning of 2007. All submissions must be in English and the works must be original and unpublished. The paper must be on A4 size paper (single-sided with 20 mm margin on all sides). Invited paper should not be more than six pages and regular paper should be in four-page long. Details of the paper format can be downloaded from the conference website in early 2007.

Submission Deadline: September 24(New), 2007
Notice of Acceptance : October 22(New), 2007
Early Registration by: November 1, 2007
Student Paper Contest:

Student paper contest will be held as part of the conference. Three prizes, i.e. first, second and third prizes, will be awarded. Papers presented by full-time students and based on their own work will be considered for the competition. Qualified papers should be indicated at the time of submission.
