Registration Information

Deadline:

• To qualify for advance registration, registration must be received by November 15, 2007
• After December 15, registration will be regarded as on-site registration

• You can pay the registration fee either by credit card, Bank draft or by Bank transfer. Personal or company checks will not be accepted. Please make sure your credit card is valid and please attach a bank transfer/draft receipt if payment is done by bank transfer or draft.
• How can I pay my registration?

  • Step 2: Fill-in clearly the required information
  • Step 3: Fax the filled form to the conference registration chair: Prof. Chiang Te- Kuang, Fax No: 886-6-243-5521 (please fax the bank transfer/draft receipt if payment is done using bank transfer/draft).
• Please note that in order to qualify for early bird discount registration, you need to register BEFORE November 15, 2007 .
